Your Complete U.S. Student Visa Solutions

At US Students Visa, our expert team provides comprehensive assistance for every step of your journey to obtain a U.S. student visa. We offer personalized support tailored to each student’s needs, ensuring a smooth application process for F-1 visa, M-1 visas, OPT, CPT, F-1 transfers, and dependent visas (F-2 and M-2)—all while ensuring full compliance with U.S. immigration regulations.

The F-1 visa allows international students to enroll in accredited U.S. universities and colleges for full-time academic studies. As an F-1 visa holder, you gain access to world-class education while immersing yourself in the diverse and dynamic learning environment of the United States.
The M1 Visa is designed for students pursuing vocational or technical training at accredited U.S. institutions. It allows students to acquire specialized skills and hands-on experience, preparing them for careers in diverse professional fields.
The F-1 visa includes Optional Practical Training (OPT), which allows students to work in their field of study for up to 12 months after graduation. This opportunity enhances career prospects by providing practical experience in a real-world setting.
Curricular Practical Training (CPT) enables F1 students to gain practical work experience during their studies. This essential training bridges the gap between academic learning and professional growth, helping students advance in their
careers.
F1 Transfer services ensure a smooth and accurate transfer process for international students moving between U.S. institutions. Our expert guidance helps students continue their education without unnecessary delays or complications.
The F2 and M2 visas are dependent visas that allow F1 and M1 visa holders to bring their family members to the U.S. while they study or train. These visas help keep families together, providing support and stability throughout the student’s educational journey.

Frequently Asked Questions

Here you’ll find answers to common questions about our services and the student visa application process:

The F-1 Student Visa is a non-immigrant visa that allows international students to study in U.S. institutions, including universities, colleges, high schools, and language training programs.

You can stay in the U.S. for the duration of your academic program, as specified on your Form I-20, plus an additional 60 days to prepare for departure. You may also be eligible for Optional Practical Training (OPT), which allows you to work in the U.S. for up to 12 months (or 36 months for STEM graduates) after completing your studies.

To apply for an F-1 Visa, you must be accepted by a SEVP-approved school, provide proof of sufficient financial support, demonstrate strong ties to your home country, and intend to return home after completing your studies. You will also need to pay the SEVIS fee and complete the DS-160 visa application form.

Yes, F-1 students can work on-campus up to 20 hours per week during the academic term and full-time during school breaks. Off-campus employment is permitted under specific circumstances, such as Curricular Practical Training (CPT) and Optional Practical Training (OPT), with approval from your Designated School Official (DSO).

If your F-1 Visa application is denied, you will receive a letter explaining the reason for the denial. Common reasons include insufficient financial support, lack of academic preparation, or not demonstrating strong ties to your home country. You can address the issues mentioned in the denial letter and reapply. It is also helpful to seek guidance from your school's international student office or a visa consultant to improve your application.
